Returns & Refund

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts for 14 days from when you receive your order. In this time you are able to get a refund. Unfortunately due to the possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or colour.

All items must be unworn and in the original condition as received with the packaging and the labels on. Items must be sent back in the original box as delivered to ensure no damages during transit. If your order is not sent back in this way then we may be unable to offer you a refund.

Please email us on thepawprintboutique@hotmail.com with your name, the order number and your request and we will respond with the return instructions. Please include a note with your name, order number & reason for return so we are able to reference this. Please also let us know when you have posted it back so we are aware.
We will not be liable for orders lost in the post. We recommend you return your item(s) via recorded service. Cost of postage for returns will not be covered by us. 
We aim to issue refunds within 3-5 business days from when the order has been received back.
